I’ve had a phone appointment maybe three times now and each time I have had a very dismissive attitude from Dr Mobey, it makes me feel extremely upset and minimised. The fist time I remember I understood because it was late. In fact he cut the call short by saying “it’s 9pm on a Friday” today I was cut off and dismissed again. I’m not sure if he had a personal issue with me because this kind of behaviour seems unacceptable. If I find this again I will unfortunately have to raise a formal complaint. I respect staff always and have always appreciated how much they have helped me. So I find the behaviour unusual and hurtful.
