Had a really good experience getting my lounge carpeted. Someone kept me updated about timings and was happy to answer my questions, even when I changed my mind about the colour. The fitting was neat and they tidied up after themselves. There was a small delay with delivery, but they let me know straight away and sorted it quickly. Would use them again
