Joined recently and was a bit nervous, but the team put me at ease straight away. The gym feels welcoming and never too crowded, and someone was quick to help when I had a question about the equipment. Tried a couple of classes which were both well-run and relaxed, not intimidating. Communication about membership was clear and straightforward. Happy with the experience so far.
